The Story
Three children, now grown and scattered across continents, reunited for an afternoon at Godawari Botanical Gardens.
The Rai children — now grown and living abroad — surprised their parents with a family reunion in Kathmandu. We were asked to document the reunion with a single relaxed afternoon session.
We shot at Godawari Botanical Gardens across two hours: formal groupings, sibling frames, grandparents with grandchildren, then a candid walk in the trees.
The final set is now framed in three houses across three continents.
